Mars slips between Pleiades and Hyades August 27, 2022 ⬅︎
Mars takes 26 months to make a full loop through Earth's sky and it passes by some pretty cool celestial real estate during those month. On Aug 27 (and a few days before/after), it slips between two of the most popular clusters in our sky -- the Pleiades and the Hyades in Taurus. You can view all three naked-eye but it might be an awesome and unforgettable sight in binoculars.
